THE NEW ALPINE MINE.

The following is a copy of the Min© Manager’s report for the week ending sth April, 1910 “Crosscut at No 7 was extended 11 feet, making the total footage driven ( 28 feet. Work was discontinued, for the present, on the Ist hist. The crosscut exposed a track about 4 feet wide but did not carry any reef. It was very damp and carried a few small veins of quartz but no gold was shown with dish prospect.”
