The Recitation •'Resignation” delivered by Miss Lily .Izmlr-re wa.s most dramatically given md was listened to with wrapt attention; it was indeed a credit: to the young reciter. A very taking violin it: u, wagiven by Misses Clark and Osborne and was greatly apjireeiaied, :s was another violin quartette by .Misses Clark, Osborne, Sunderland, ami Ronetti while a violin solo by Mm, Clark herself proved her to be one of the coming instrumentalists of the Coast, The junior pupils gave with much spirit an action song "We are only Dolls you see” and (heir well trained efforts were rewarded by an encore, to which they responded In singing the last stanzas over again. An encore was also given to Masters .1. and B. Kirwan in ‘Tipper Ten and Lower Five” which wa.s productive of much laughter. The Rev. Fatin'!' (Jalerne briefly thanked the audience for their support and the hearty appreciation they had shown.
