PERSONAL NOTES.
Air W. G. Conipton, Inspects of the Queensland Insurance Company, is at present on a visit to Grevmouth. Dr. Fitchett, (Public Trustee), who arrived in town yesterday, is v.'siting llokitika to-day. He proceeds overlaud to Christehureh on Friday.
|)r Phillips, M.R.C.S.. newly-appointed superintendent, of the Kumara Hospital, and Mrs Phillips, arrived by the B.s. Arahura yesterday. They were met at tho Kumara station by Dr Morkane. Among the passengers by the Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Turakina, which arrived at Wellington from England vesterday were the following for CVevmouth:—Mr and Mrs D. McNeil, Messrs W. McNeil. T. McNeil, J. Boyle, Mrs A. E. Eastwell, Masters Eastwell (two) and Miss C Maguire.
