Sprotf were appointed to try and arrange- for a provincial system nf Sunday school instruction, Tho Primate, Dean I-ifih.|i. and -Messrs J. IT. Hosking, ,i. F. Woodhouse, and A. A. Finch, were elected
members of the Standing Commission ! in order to meet the expenditure of Hie Board of Theological Studies. If; was decided that the dioceses bo assessed for the next three years at £IOO per annum, the assessments to bo made in the same proportions as those for the expenses of (he General Synod, also that for each of the next three years the sum of £BO be set aside by the General Church Trust to provide exhibitions, if necessary. The Synod was concluded to-night.
