David Anderson and Son, grocers, wore charged at the Police Court yesterday with selling liquor in less quantities than two gallons. Ihe charge against John Johnston, of working horses while they were suffering from sores was dismissed, it having been shown by him that he had no knowledge of the condition of the animals.
