A special meeting of the Greymouth Harbour Board was held this morning, when there were persent Messrs Alison (chuir), Guinness, BeanUebury, .Marshall, i Coatcs, Michel and Murdoch. 1 NEW MEMBiSKS. The Chairman briefly welcomed the new ! memhers, after which* the 'Vcene" as re- •* ported elsewhere occurred.
THE LOAN TAKEN UP. "Mr Joseph McLean wrote, agreeing to take up the whole of the £50,000 loan on behalf of his principals. The matter was iKjirifr discussed at this afternoon's meeting of the Board.
