[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT 1 LONDON, July 8. The imports for June increased to £1,669,000 and the evports £4,158,000, and re-exports £1,069,000, compared with the previous June. The fourth series of wool sales opened on July 14th and closed on August 7th. 222,000 hales will be offered. The report of the Union Bank recommends a dividend of 10 per cent and a bonus of 2£ per cent, £IO,OOO to be placed to the credit of colonial premises' account, £IB,OOO to be absorbed in the bonus, 10 per cent on the salaries of the staff, £30,000 carried to reserve, and £36,000 carried forward.
