(To the Editor.) Sir,—lt is a matter for regret that the ■'Railway Department do not intend to issue excursion tickets on Monday next, Prince of Wales’ Birthday. The timetable is all right, bu thy not issue excursion fares, seeing that the day is a public holiday, and that the first annual meeting of the Coursing Club takes nlace at Reeflon, and that tho Grey v.
