FRANK KNELL MISSING.

Yesterday morning Mr Frank Knell a telegraphist at the Greymouth Telegraph Office, left his residence in Shakespeare Street with the intention of crossing the hills at the back of Kilgour Road to have a day’s shooting. Ho made a straight line from Ids residence to the hill, and then crossed in to the gully beyond. Since then no trace has been found of him. Tlie matter was reported to the police to-day, who organised several search parties. Up t0'2.30 p.m. no tidings bad been received of the missing man, although the search parties had been out in all directions. LATER—JUST FOUND. 1 As we go to press information comes fo hand that Knell has been found jby Mr Eddy, of the Post Office. He j was found in the direction of Kiata. ) and is now being brought in.
