THE FIREWORKS EXPLOSION.
Yerdict of Manslaughter.
(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
Invebcabgill, July 18. The jury found that the death of Mrs Sneyd was caused by a signal rocket was fired by Captain M'Gilvray. They also expressed .the opinion that the Council and the police showed neglect in not enforcing their powers. M'Gilvray was charged with manslaughter, and remanded. Bail was allowed in two sureties for £IOO.
