Anglician Bishops have presented a collective address upholding the archbishops in their recent decision in regard to the ritual express the opinion that disobedience on the part of the clergy, would be equivalent to the setting up of an nonepiscopal form of Church Government, It is pointed out that any reform enabling the church do more effective work is thus retarded.
