A MEAN BURGLARY.

A burglary which ought to raiise a blush of shame to the cheek of every Bill Sikes who takes pride in his profession has been perpetrated at the huuible and useful cabmen's shelter beside Wuteiloo Station. What credit is there to be had in cracking such a crib ? Neither skill nor craft is required -nothing save impurlence and a larcenous intent. The burglars—there must have beeu more than one, judging from the appetite displayed —stole the clock, ate Ihb cold meat which was left, drank all the soda-water and lemonade in the place, aud carried away the uncooked chops. In the place of his stock-in-trade the keeper found a note to the following effect : —" Wo are 'loming again. Leave the money. —\ours truly, Burglar." An action of this kiud is playing very low down indeed.
