A NEW NOTION.
The ticket-collecting staff at the Vauxhall Statinnot the London and South-Western Kailway have l.ad served out to them small electric lamps, which are fixed on their overcoats, the current biing supplied from a miniature battery carried in the breast pocket. The experiment is to be tried for a month, and if it fiurls favour with the officials electrcity will supersede the old-fashioned and somewhat cumbersome hand-limp.
