IN THE WARDEN'S COURT for the Karamea District, holden at COLLINGWOOD, in the Colony of New Zealand* between NATHAN HAMLET and OTHERS, Complainants, and JOHN HOWARD KEEP, Defendant. yyOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the defendant in the above cause could not be found, and that a copy of the Summons requiring his attendance at the Warden’s Court to be holdt-n -at Oollingwood on the EIGHTH day of JUNE,IB92, to answer to a complaint that a certain Water Race, held by the said defendant under License number 335 has been abandoned, and praying for the forfeiture of the same, lias been affixed on the said Water Race at its terminus, Richmond Hill, in the district of Collingwood aforesaid, on the 26th day of May, 1892, at the hour of 11.30 o’clock forenoon.
