Cable) London, January 30 A party of 120 leading representatives of meat, farming and shipping interests gave a luncheon for Sir Frances Boys, formerly general manager of the New Zealand Refrigerating Co., who has been appointed by the Minister of Agriculture as chairman of aeommittee to consider the technical requirements of factories and abattoirs in the processing and handling of meat offals and by-pro-ducts. Sir Gordon Campbell presided and the speakers included Sir Thomas Wilford and, the presidents of the National Farmers’ Union and the Meat Retailers’ Association.
