List-, Governor of Rotary in the Dominion, that M i Frank Alilner’s mission to that State had proved a wonderful success. On Wednesday &0 Rotary clubs of Northern California met him at Sacramento ant l gave him an enthusiastic welcome. He delivered three addresses at San Francisco, also at Los Angeles and Seattle, in each case with marked success. Mr Milner leaves Vancouver to-morrow op his return to the Dominion.
