The cart immediately tipped upward, throwing the can over tlie roadside The horse took fright and bolted, and Marshall was dragged along the road for a distance of about one hundred yards before lie was able to 'disengage himself from the reins. He crawled to a nearby house, and collapsed. Medical attendance was sum. named, and he was conveyed to the M*s teuton Hospital.
