STRIKE SITUATION ULSTER MEN IN FREE STATERS OUT (Aust. and N.Z. Cab!e> Belfast, April 10 A. Gilbertian situation lias arisen 011 the Irish railways. While the Ulsterities returned to work following upon the settlement 011 April 8, 7000 Free Staters resenting: the cut, struck at mid ni G*h t. Dublin is isolated and many visitors are stranded, although the railway men at present have no grievance, as the cuts only begin in May.
