TO MISS LOUR IE Mrs I*. Phillipps, of York street, and Miss Nett a Neil son were joint hostesses at a “bathroom” evening; for Miss Zfita. liovtrie, the party being l held nt the home of Mrs Phillipps. Wlvist provided interesting occupation, five tables being arranged in the dining-room. The prizes were won by Miss lean Wilson and Mr T. Neilson. Much interest centred in the opening of Miss Lourie’s parcels which were found to contain many useful and attractive bathroom requisites. Mrs Phillipps wore a frock of pink lace. Miss Neilson black georgette and diamante. and Miss Laurie black figured taffeta.
