I’lie Cdlurt of Appeal at the previous hearing last year decided that the interests of Captain Rhodes Moorliouse failed because lie died before liis mother. Tn the present hearing it it argued that Captain Rhodes Mv>orhouse’s interest was vested in him. and that what is Known as Shelley*case lias no application.
