INVESTIGATION THREE EDUCATIONISTS Wellington, March 10 Following on tlie successful establishment in Australia of a Council lor Research in Education, organised on a national basis under the direction of Mr F u Tate, the trustees of tli<j Carnegio Corporation of New York have nominated a special committee L< > investigate uaid report on tho possibilities of a similar foundation in New Zealand. The committee which ha s beeii nominated from New York, consists of Professor T. A. Hunter, Vice-Chancellor of the University of New Zealand (convener) Mr Duncan Itae principal of the Auckland Training College anil Mr Frank Mfinef ,president of tne New Zealand Secondary Schools’ Association.
