Committee yesterday, that if the chilled, beef trade were developed successfully from this country, and he hoped it would, he. the demand would he for hindquarters. On that account, he said, his linn had specified hindquarters in donating prizes for freezing cattle classes at the coming Masterton Show. There was no .meat difference in priee between chilled and frozen forequarters on the Itritish market, said Mr. Borthwick.
