ALLOWED WITH JURY A JUDGE’S COMMENT “An officious genleman i reported to me to have interfered with the jury,” stated Mr Justice Blair in the Supreme Court iu Palmerston when referring to the oction of a witness in a motor collision case when the jury was inspecting one of the vehicles concerned. ‘‘l want to make it quite plalin,” added his Honour, “that I am not going to allow anybody to interfere with the jury. Questions may he asked hv the jury and answered, InC nothing else.
