FRIENDLY RELATIONS STATEMENT IN THE HOUSE ADMINISTRATION IS SATISF ACTOR Y (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) Rugby, October 27. Asked whether he could make a statement as to the relations existing- between the British Government and the present Government of Egypt and whether the latter is out with which relations may be developed in the directios of a settlement of the outstanding questions, Captain Eden, Pallia mejitary * Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, stated in the If ouse of Commons that he w as happy to say that the relations with the Egyptian Government were entirely friendly. The British Government made no reservations in regarding the present Egyptian Administration as one with which the Anglo-Egyptian relations both had been and may lie continued In be developed at a time and in a manner which would appear most suitably for the purpose.
