WILL BREAK UP SHIPS
TO HELP REVIVE TRADE GERMANY'S- EXTENSION (Aust. and NAS. Cable.) London. September 29. A Berlin message states that- in order to revive shipbuilding and tclieye the pressure on the freight market, the Government is subsidising the breaking up of 400.000 tons of old shipping over a peiiod of 18 months.
