ELDERLY MAN IN COLLISION BOTH SENT TO lIUBPITAL Christchurch. Aug. 11. A lieud-on collision between a motor ear and a tram at Uedcliffs last (‘Veiling resulted in Mr. Uichurd Marshall of Scddon, OS. and Mr. Oonal 1 Fuller, of Picton, 03. the occupants of the former vehicle, receiving injuries necessitating their removal to hospital. Mr Marshall suffered injury to the head and a hand, and Mr. Fuller a compound fracture of the left leg.
