A man observed the boy doing- something to a cow # ant subsequcntlv saw the animal dash away with fire streaming from it. 1 hindquarters. It is alleged that the boy poured either kerosene or ben zinc on the hindquarters and tail < the cow and then set it alight I're animal was badly burned and wil probably have, to be destroyed.
