STREET DAY APPEAL
FOR CITY ORPHANAGES SUM OF £l-58.3 REALISED (Per Press Association.) Christchurch, August 12. A street- appeal to-day on behalf of the Airglican, Presbyterian, and Metthodigt orphanages in, Cliristchurch realised £ISBB. It is expected the total will rise to £IGOO' wlion all the returns are in. A copper trail laid by school children amounted to nearly LIOO, and a radio concert netted £346.
