Robiuson.i who explained the principle of rhe Pfund colour grader. how to select honey for show purposes and how points were awarded for flavour. colour, grain. con-dition. etc Miss Short was the winner of the Judging competition in the liquid class. Messrs. Fraser and A'. Andersen coining second. In the granulated class Messrs. Fraser and Short tied for first place and Mr. N. Anderson was second. Messrs J. A. Smith, of Palmerston, and A. Anderson were appointed judges for the year for the cup competition. New meml>ers wishing to .enter are asked to send tlieir names in to the secretary as early as possibl As delegates to the recent conference were unavoidably absent it was arranged that a full report of the conference bo presented at next -meeting.
