£SOO DAMAGES AWARDED ACTION UNDEFENDED Per Press Association.) Wanganui, Aug. 10. Claiming £SOO damages from H. G. Rodney Goldingham for breach of promise, Kathleen Margaret McGrcevy was awarded the full amount to-day by Mr. Justice McGregor. Plaintiff stated that defendant telephoned her the night before the wedding stating that he was not going through with it. The action was not defended.
