There was no appearance of defendant, who submitted a letter, iu which she admitted the offence. The inspector of stock outlined the action taken by him in his emu deavour to obtain tlio return. Ho had written letters \o defendant a n d forms for completion. Tho minimum fine of Cl and costs was imposed.
