The stamps were formerly the property of tbe late Mr. Henry Baigenf, of Nelson, and the collection Includes rare specimens of high value. One of the first penny stamps of New Zealand is valued at £l5O. A bisected I.onion printed Is stamp, which was used ns a sixpenny stamp in Now Zealand, is among the rarities.
