It i- oiTieially announced that with the vie w of avoid'ng inisintc rpretatievn, their departure does not involve any change in the Free State’s potion. at the Conference. Dr Ryan has an impo:tant agricultural report to prepare in Dublin. The remaining delegates are cont lining active co-operation with the Empire Conference committees.
