ENDURANCE FLIGHT MRS BRUCE’S SECOND TURN AUbl ol'U N.Z a ... London, August V. Me Victor Bruce, the well-known aidwam-ai who began a duration flight over the South Coat, hoping to remain one month in the air, spent a niglip of douse fog over tho Channel. Mrs Bruce is accompanied by Flight Sergeant Me Cleary and Mr Pugh. Her husband, in one of the refuelling planes successfully supplied his wife’s machine, a Sara Windhover amphibian with wheels removed for light lie s. It was arranged to furnish Mrs Bruce daily w'jtli fresh supplies along a special pipe line. Leakage in the petrol tank com. pri ed Mr- Bruce xo descend in the sea olf Ventnor on Saturday. Lifeboat, rescued the pilots and xhc amphibian wa s taken to Cowes, for repairs. Sh e will probably start again to-morrow.
