Replying to a question a? to whether it- may b, found necessary to make further readjustments in the unemployment relief wages tax, Mr Forbes said he was not in a position to say at the moment what would have to be done in that direction. Naturally any increase would he avoided if possible, but the state of the unemployment funds would have to he gone into before anything could be said.
