Tansley, in the bankrupt estate of Charles Tessicr I.ay ton, war pensioner, yesterday. The meeting was adjourned sine die. In his statement bankrupt said that a Christchurch creditor had obtained a warrant for his arrest, and after every avamie for a settlement had been exhausted, he had been compelled to tile. The statement of accounts showed that the claims of the creditors, all unsecured, amounted to £7l) 0s Id. and the assets wore nil.
