AValdegrave was charged with negligently driving a motor ear on Speedy’s line, Oliakea. on February 13. and causing the death of Mrs. Christina Gilmour. Accused, who pleaded not guilty, was committed to tin 1 Supreme Court at Palmerston for trial. Bail was allowed.
