MYSTERIOUS DEATH
MAN FOUND IN PADDOCK I IF. WAS GOING TO VOTE {Per Press Association). Waipukttrau, Dec. 3, At 6 o’clock last night George Davies, 63, retired, was found in a field off Hatuma road, Waipukurau, dying-, evidently the result of an explosion. 11,. died on The way to the hospital. No weapon or materials were found adjacent. At the inquest this morning his son Maurice gave evidence of identification. He last saw his father alive yesterday morning, when he left to vote, lie was in his usual state of health. The inquest was adjourned for a week. He leaves a widow and a family of six. •
