He is earning £I2OO weekly from royalties at the age ol 32. “Cavalcade” continues to play to packed houses, producing £650 a week in royalties, “Bitter ©weet” a.nd “Private Lives” are touring the province; and the United States 1 , and bring in a steady revenue. Air Coward also draws large sums from sheet music and gramophone recordings. His earnings from “Bitter ftweet” are estimated a t £40,000. He received £IO.OOO an author-pro-ducer and actor for a ten weeks’ season of “Private Lives.” He is at present holidaying in fto-utb; America, and expects to return with a new play
