In a letter to fUe association the scheme as being to stimulate the purchase and consumption of New Zea-land-made goods. The programme is being launched by the Fnemployment Board in eonjuiietion with lie manufacturers’ associations of the Dominion. The scheme is no ready ter release, and the first advertisement will appear ill metropolitan news papers on October 6. The opening announcement will ho in the form of n message from the Governor-General. Lord Bledisloc. ft, will he followed at regular -intervals by messages from the Prime Minister the. R.t.
