WOOL ADULTERATION
PEEA FOR BRANDING SYSTEM RETAIL SALE OF FABRIC (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) Melbourne. June 18. The Australian Woolgrowcrs* Council passed a resolution requesting legislation making it: an offence for any wholesale or ice ail dealer to offer fo* sale as woollen any fabric which contains more than 10 per cent, of adulteration. It was provided also in flic resolution that any sc* h fabric must be clearly branded with Hie percentage of adulteration.
