Mr. Mellon’s Visit.

Secretary of the United States Treasury, who is in London on an informal visit, was visited at Ills hold to-day by Mr. Montagu Norman, Governor of the Rank of England, who remained for luncheon. A. QUIET CHAT Mr. Mellon, who had a talk at the House of Commons yesterday with Mr. Ramsay MacDonald and Mr. Arthur Henderson, had a further interview with these Ministers this afternoon.
