SUSPECTS ARRESTED
ROM II ON PALACE ROOF A bomb was found by police <>’i the roof of the presidential palace afc Havana. Twenty suspected persons have boon arrested and the palace has been put under a heavy guard. This discovery lias come as the climax to several days’ police activities against bombing oonspiracies in Cuba.
