TO-DAY’S ORDER PAPER Me R. M. Watson, S.M., presided at the sitting of the fi.M. Court this morning. CYCLING ON THE FOOTPATH J. H. Penney, charged with riding a cycle on the fooftpatli, did not appear. Evidence was given hv Constable Gt'lard. A fine of 10s and 10= costs Imposed.
