WELLINGTON’S BELLS
TO DELIGHT THE BLIND CONCERT IN HYDE PARK 'Aost. and N.Z. Cable) (Received May 3, 11 a.m.) London, May 2. .Three thousand blind Londoners, including ex-servicemen, will attend Saturday's special recital o£ the New Zealand carillon in Hyde Park. Thos present will include the Hlind Victoria Cross winner, Sir Towse, and a blind ex-M.P.. Captaitr lan Fraser. A company of blind Girl Guides will provide the Guard of Honour.
