BREACH OF BY-LAW (Per Association). Cliristchurdb, May 2. Charged witli a breach ol the traffic by-laws by failing to give way to another motorist at a street intersection, the Rev. Frank Rule was today fined £1 and costs. The defendant admitted the offence but said he fcfctafuglit “it was hard to finish up in the court after all' these years.”
