SEQUEL TO OLD MAN'S DEATH CYCLIST TO STAND TRIAL (Per Press Association) Tituarti, April 16. An inquest regarding tho death of George Graves, aged 75, who died at Timaru Hospital as the result of 'injuries received through being knocked down by a cyclist, was hold fo-day. it was alleged that the cyclist pad been riding on the footpath at nigbt without a light. Subsequently AValter Smith, a-getl 20, was charged ju the Magistrate's Court with manslaughter. Accused pleaded not -guilty, a-nd was committed for trial.
