The comedian’s claim is that J- CWifiiamson, Ltd., agreed to pay him y, s hare of the profits, with a guarantee of not less than £2OO to be paid each week and fe.r the week ending March) 28, lie was paid only £125. the claim being for the balance. Mr MeN4ill’s decision was on the ground that J. C. Williamson; Ltd., wdre insufficiently described on the plaint as carrying on business in Wellington and elsewhere in New Zealand as theatrical managers.
