In the Police Coiurt,: Sue Ham, described as a. market gardener and trafficker in opium, was fined £7-5 for being m possession of prepared opium. George Wong and Young Po-y, two -of his employees, were fined £lO each for having in their possession an opium pipe and other utensils. They were described as having a mania for opium.
