FEARFUL FLOODS
TIGERS AVASHED AWAY (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) (Received June 27, 2 p.m.) Delhi, June 20. As an aftermath of floods in the Assam region three, tigers were washed down to the sea near Agyah creek, lii’o being dead. BTJRAIA’S VISITATION There have, been torrential rains in Burma., several villages being washed away and 500 houses destroyed . There, are 100.000 acres of land under water and ]s,()o(> familitvs have lost their food supplies while nearly 10,000 cattle were drowned.
